I am looking for any information on a factory that hand painted gold trim on glass ware in about the 1920's. It was owned by Schiller/Suhiller/ or something like that. It was located off Manhattan Ave about 1-3 blocks above Tunnelle Ave (Western to Liberty) from what my father remembers. I do not think they made the glass ware there just painted the trim. It was glasses, pitchers, candle sticks, bowls. etc. I would appreciate any leads on the factory or the family. Surnames I am interested in are Follmer, Wolpmann, Warncke, Mann, Klostermann, Bopp, Brinster, Recktenwald, Weinspach, Roth, Adamini, Elmer, Fischer, Gallagher, Furrer, Grundling, Gunther, Lawson, Lyons, Mahnken, Schmidt, Schmitt, Lutz. Turner. I would be interested in sharing. Pat

Pat, I'm afraid I don't have any information about the store you mentioned, but your surname mention of MANN caught my eye since my MANN family lived in the Hoboken and Jersey City area since 1882. Maybe we have someone in common.
