Hi!
For quite a long time I have been searching for Olette and Andrew Silseth living in Hudson County from 1903/1905 untill they died (after 1930).
This is what I have found out about them:
Olette born 09.10.1869 in Hvaler, Norway. Emigrated to Hudson,N.J. in 1905.
Andrew (Anders) born abt 1873 in Kristiansund N., Norway. Emigrated to Hudson,N.J. in 1903.
They are registrered in Jersey City in census 1910, 1920 and 1930. I have two addresses where they lived: 327 Baldwin Ave, Jersey City (in 1914) and 88 McAdoo Ave, Jersey City (in 1923).
As far as I know, Olette and Andrew got married in Hudson County, Jersey City or Hoboken abt. 1906/1907.
I do not think they got any children.
It has been completely impossible for me to find out the exact date and year for Olette and Andrews marriage as well as where and when they died and were buried.
As I am living in Norway, I am totaly dependent of databased netinformation and help from others who are closer to the sources as libraries etc. I will appreciate very much if anybody can help me finding out more about Olette and Andrew Silseth.
