James P. MILLARD and Mary E. JENNER were married in Jersey City, by Arus Haynes, 25 June 1846. This marriage was registered in Wisconsin in 1892 (at James' death). An on-line biography on Arus Haynes puts him at the "Baptist Church" in Jersey City from 1842-1848.
