Looking for information a "SIMON" or "SAMUEL" HAZEN who died on May 20, 1909 at Hudson County Almshouse, New Jersey. He was buried at Flower Hill Cemetery on May 22, 1909 (Grave 23, Row 24, Block Q) but there is no marker on the Grave. Anyone know anything about him or his family.
My grandfather was James (Robert) Hazen (1896-1978) married to Hertha Lehmann (1895-1947) on December 24, 1913.
I think this Simon Hazen is actually Samuel Hazen (my grandfather's grandfather) but I am not sure. Samuel Hazen (born 1828/31) was married to Hannah Ellathea Merritt (1830-1907) on August 17, 1850.
Any help would be appreciated.
